Zooming in on the Most Clinically Impactful Insights for Wellness and Longevity.
Zoomers are comprehensive, systems-based tests that integrate multiple marker domains and methodologies into one clinically organized report. Every test provides the breadth and depth of insights you need for personalized, whole-person care.
Panels examine a single pathway or exposure in depth, adding targeted clarity when a specific mechanism needs closer evaluation. Infections and genetics panels are available for order with a Zoomer bundle or as stand-alone tests.

Simplified Ordering. More Flexibility. Better Value.
Organizing our menu around Zoomers simplifies the ordering process and aligns with how most practitioners order and bundle tests today. Here’s what you can expect from the new menu:
Simplified Ordering
A cleaner, easier-to-navigate menu for you, your staff, and your patients.
More flexibility
New bundling options that support serum testing with at-home collection where offered.
Better Value
Minor price adjustments with a stronger price-per-marker ratio across the portfolio
Enhanced Reporting
Depth and breadth of insight, with clinical context included in every Zoomer report.
Supply Stability
All reagents are now manufactured in the United States to reduce supply risk and unexpected price shifts.

Zoomers are multiomic tests built to assess whole biological systems. This design requires a distinct development approach that we apply consistently across the portfolio. Every Zoomer is built on 3 core principles:

We start by isolating the biomarkers, pathways, and patterns that are most tightly linked to real-world clinical outcomes. Each Zoomer panel is engineered to prioritize high-value targets and mechanistic drivers of dysfunction, helping you quickly identify what is clinically relevant for diagnosis, prevention, and personalized care.

Rather than looking at single markers in isolation, Zoomers integrate multiomic data across immune, metabolic, microbial, genetic, and toxicological domains. This systems-level view uncovers connections between seemingly unrelated symptoms giving you a cohesive, clinically coherent narrative you can confidently act on with your patients.

Zoomers are built on proprietary microarray and mass spectrometry platforms designed for high sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. Rigorous validation, stringent quality controls, and CAP/CLIA standards ensure that every result you see is accurate, reliable, and ready to inform precision treatment decisions—without sacrificing turnaround time or ease of use.
The Vibrant Wellness lab team controls the end to end process. This level of rigor helps us deliver superior sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in every test, and maintain 7 to 10-day day turn around times.
The menu change will occur February 2nd
Most tests previously listed in the old menu remain orderable, but many have been reorganized under the new Zoomer structure. Several markers from legacy tests, such as the Neurotransmitters Test, are now included as sub-panels within broader Zoomers like the Gut Zoomer. This restructuring reflects a more integrated view of patient health and provides a more complete interpretation of related biomarkers.
Some individual tests have been discontinued, while others have been fully integrated into comprehensive Zoomers to improve clinical relevance and reduce ordering complexity.

The Vibrant America menu is removed for users who have not placed an order from that menu within the last six months. Many of its markers are now included in the Foundation Zoomer, which provides a foundational set of markers to help inform additional testing decisions.
The processing fee has been updated to $250 for initial orders and $150 for follow-up orders.
Bundles now follow a Build-a-Bundle model, offering greater flexibility than the previous 3-for-$700 or 5-for-$1000 options. Providers can now bundle both at-home tests and blood tests, selecting combinations like 1 Zoomer + 2 panels, 2 Zoomers + 1 panel, or 3 Zoomers, all at updated pricing.
Pricing behavior depends on the configuration selected during eZ-Bill setup or Well ProZ product setup. Fixed retail prices remain unchanged unless the updated wholesale price exceeds the fixed retail price; in that case, the retail price automatically adjusts to match the new wholesale price. Products using a percentage-based or dollar amount based markup update automatically based on the selected markup settings.
Affected Shortcut Bundles will be flagged in the Provider Portal. Users will receive a modal prompting them to accept suggested adjustments or update the bundles manually.
Existing shops will retain templates for all active Vibrant products. Future template updates will be offered only at the Zoomer level. When a Zoomer and one of its sub-panels are both listed in a shop, checkout will block patients from ordering the sub-panel if it is already included in the Zoomer in their cart.
We recognize the impact this change can have on your practice and we will be right by your side through this transition.
